Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues promoting a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process providing guidance to managers and employees.
Implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
4. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
6. Compliance and Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Prepare reports for senior management on HRrelated issues.
8. Organizational Development:
Support organizational change initiatives and culturebuilding efforts.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
