RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER LIFESTYLE HIGHEND RESTAURANT
Location: Doha Qatar
COMPANIUM Hospitality is recruiting on behalf of one of their clients for a Restaurant General Manager to lead a highend lifestyle standalone restaurant in Doha.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader who thrives in a fastpaced guestfocused environment and understands the codes of luxury hospitality with experience as GM or AGM in the same industry on the same segment in the Middle East.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & People Management
- Provide visionary leadership to the team ensuring alignment with the brands values and operational excellence.
- Develop and mentor department heads and employees empowering them to take ownership of their roles.
- Foster a strong team culture by implementing motivational strategies training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure a high level of professionalism and service consistency.
Guest Experience & Relationship Management
- Ensure an exceptional highly personalized guest experience that aligns with the brands service standards.
- Cultivate relationships with VIP guests regulars and key industry figures ensuring a high level of client retention.
- Handle guest feedback proactively ensuring concerns are addressed efficiently while continuously enhancing the quality of service.
- Work closely with the Guest Relations team to maintain strong partnerships with local hotels concierges and influencers.
Business Strategy Financials & KPIs
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue optimize costs and enhance profitability.
- Monitor key financial metrics including P&L performance cost control and revenue forecasting.
- Set and track performance objectives and KPIs taking proactive measures to ensure business targets are met.
- Work closely with the global team to align with overall brand and corporate objectives.
Operational Excellence & Quality Control
- Oversee all daily operations ensuring seamless coordination between frontofhouse and backofhouse teams.
- Guarantee compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
- Implement and maintain high service standards ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all restaurant activities.
- Ensure floor managers and the service team deliver a tailored guest experience anticipating preferences and offering signature dishes and drinks.
Marketing PR & Brand Development
- Collaborate with marketing and PR agencies to execute brandaligned activations partnerships and events.
- Enhance the restaurants reputation by actively participating in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Leverage social media presence and local marketing strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality lifestyle dining or highend F&B sector.
- Strong background in financial management cost control and business development.

- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and revenue optimization
