Could you be the full-time Expert End User Computing (EUC) in Bangalore were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in end-user computing in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside skilled and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a key role in designing deploying and supporting advanced end-user computing solutions across Alstom. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (technical SPOCs service owners architects) troubleshoot issues and develop high-quality support services and much more.
Youll specifically take care of managing Microsoft SCCM Intune and Windows 10/11 environments but also create technical documentation and automate tasks where possible.
Well look to you for:
Designing and deploying solutions with Microsoft SCCM and Intune
Managing enterprise systems for patch management software distribution and asset management
Creating custom scripts for inventory gathering and automating daily system administration tasks
Handling application packaging testing and release processes
Troubleshooting client installation software distribution and other Windows-related issues
Collaborating with stakeholders to integrate technology solutions and enhance business engagement

Degree in IT Computer Science or a related field
12-15 years of experience in end-user computing technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 SCCM Intune Autopilot and application packaging
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for task automation
Experience with global IT operations and vendor management
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced international environment
Proven ability to collaborate influence and motivate cross-functional teams
