We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented T&C Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Training & Coordination department you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our training initiatives while ensuring smooth coordination of various projects and administrative tasks.
- Develop implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures to optimize team performance
- Coordinate and manage multiple training projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the T&C team maintaining comprehensive knowledge of ongoing projects and initiatives
- Prepare organize and safeguard critical departmental records with utmost attention to detail and confidentiality
- Facilitate effective communication channels between team members departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs including scheduling logistics and material preparation
- Analyze and report on training effectiveness and team performance metrics identifying areas for improvement
- Manage and update the companys learning management system (LMS)
- Support the creation and maintenance of training documentation including manuals guides and presentations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and industry standards
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar ensuring all employees have access to necessary development opportunities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees
- Monitor training budgets and expenses providing regular reports to management
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development recommending innovative approaches to enhance the companys learning initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar coordination role preferably in a training or HR environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple highstakes projects in a fastpaced environment
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite project management tools and database management systems
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and elearning platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present datadriven insights
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team often under pressure and with strict deadlines
- Knowledge of training and development processes and best practices
- Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sophisticated administrative systems and procedures
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations (preferred)
