We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented T&C Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Training & Coordination department you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our training initiatives while ensuring smooth coordination of various projects and administrative tasks.

  • Develop implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures to optimize team performance
  • Coordinate and manage multiple training projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the T&C team maintaining comprehensive knowledge of ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Prepare organize and safeguard critical departmental records with utmost attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between team members departments and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs including scheduling logistics and material preparation
  • Analyze and report on training effectiveness and team performance metrics identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage and update the companys learning management system (LMS)
  • Support the creation and maintenance of training documentation including manuals guides and presentations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and industry standards
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar ensuring all employees have access to necessary development opportunities
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees
  • Monitor training budgets and expenses providing regular reports to management
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development recommending innovative approaches to enhance the companys learning initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar coordination role preferably in a training or HR environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple highstakes projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite project management tools and database management systems
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and elearning platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present datadriven insights
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team often under pressure and with strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of training and development processes and best practices
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sophisticated administrative systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations (preferred)
