الوصف الوظيفي
- Monitor and track delivery success and incidents.
- Implement and enhance tracking tools for quality delivery.
- Define implement and consolidate delivery KPIs.
- Work with managers to ensure corrective action plans are in place to meet KPIs.
- Identify risks and issues related to delivery and coordinate necessary actions.
- Present delivery results in supply/demand governance meetings.
- Propose improvement areas and corrective actions.
- Facilitate a community of project managers (SDM Project Directors etc.)
- Weekly PMO and Global Practice Manager meetings.
- Monthly governance meetings.
- Weekly Global Delivery Assurance (GDA) meetings
Qualifications :
Language Skills:
- Fluent English required.
- Spanish is appreciated but not mandatory.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skillsconcise and clear.
- Rigorous approach to tracking and monitoring.
- Managerial posture with leadership capabilities.
- Proactive mindset with a problemsolving approach.
- Strong listening skills and focus on performance and solutions.
