Job Summary:
The Senior Java Engineer / Senior Manager (L5) is responsible for designing developing and maintaining Javabased applications and systems within the payment industry. This role requires strong business acumen strategic decisionmaking and expertise in managing multiple medium to largescale projects. As a subject matter expert this individual ensures the success of assigned business units by leveraging innovative and creative approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain highquality scalable and maintainable Javabased applications and systems.
- Manage a diverse and complex suite of projects and project teams simultaneously.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and project success.
- Ensure applications meet the highest standards of performance security and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest Java development trends tools and technologies.
- Mentor and guide less experienced engineers providing technical leadership and support.
- Apply deep business knowledge to drive competitiveness and success within the payment industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Java development including designing and implementing scalable applications.
- Strong technical expertise in Java frameworks performance optimization and security best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Indepth understanding of the payment industry and its technical systems.
