الوصف الوظيفي
Job Description:
- Customer registration in system
- Attend to enquiry via phone calls
- Schedule patients appointment
- Process invoice and cashiering
- Prepare the equipment needed for Physicians and Therapists
- Dispense medication (training provided) and maintaining inventory levels
- Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
- To perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least SPM with 2 years working experience in any field
- Basic IT knowledge
- Pleasant personality cooperative and work well with coworkers
- Be open to learning new things
- Selfmotivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
- Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must in order to handle Mandarinspeaking customers
- Willing to work retail hours weekends & public holidays
