Tasks
- Vendor & Product Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new vendors and their product catalogs ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Operational Support: Help identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Financial Operations Assistance: Assist in invoicing reconciliation and payment tracking to maintain smooth financial processes.
- Customer Support Assistance: Assist in managing customer inquiries and support processes ensuring efficient resolution and documentation of issues.
- Data Management & Analysis: Support operational data collection and reporting helping to optimize key processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business Operations Engineering or a related field.
- Interest in startups ecommerce SaaS and marketplace business models.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Experience with JavaScript and SQL is a plus.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
