- Address and resolve complaints from retail customers to ensure satisfaction improve customer experience and enhance retail operations
- Oversee the payment channels system to ensure its proper functioning and address any issues related to this payment platform.
- Act as the main point of contact and oversight for all diverse systems within the organization ensuring their alignment with business objectives and addressing any operational concerns.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities for new releases change requests and service integrations to ensure quality and functionality.
- participate in meetings to review processes changes or issues to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
- Oversee credit back transactions refunds and merchant commissions to ensure accurate financial adjustments and compliance with policies.
- Implement and test deployment activities adjust service limits and configure systems to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee communications with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) and the Central Bank of Egypt (CPA) to resolve regulatory or compliance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration BIS or equivalent.
- 24 years of experience in the same role or any related field.
- Computer & MO Literacy.
- ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Well organized & flexible.
- Solid background to Company products & services.
- Organized with highly focused diligence.
- Strong resultoriented and customerfocused mentality
