Key Responsibilities in Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Analyze and optimise endtoend customer journey to improve conversion rates.
• Utilise datadriven insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign adjustments.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.

Focus on Retention and Engagement Campaigns

• Design and execute campaigns to retain customers and increase engagement.
• Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Utilise email marketing content marketing and other channels to keep customers engaged.
• Work with product teams to enhance user experience and address customer feedback.

Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams

• Work closely with sales product and customer service teams to achieve business goals.
• Provide marketing insights and analysis to support various teams.
• Ensure marketing strategies are implemented effectively across all channels.

Maintain and Improve Marketing Technologies

• Utilize marketing automation tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
• Implement new technologies to improve marketing performance.

Metrics and Performance Tracking

• Establish KPIs and regularly monitor performance against these metrics.
• Prepare reports to communicate marketing performance to stakeholders.
• Adjust strategies based on performance data to achieve optimal results.

What You Bring to the Table

• Excellent to Fluent English skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in the localization industry is a definite plus but not a requirement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
