Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Overview:

As a Senior Sales Executive at Intercity Hotel Salalah you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for prospecting acquiring and managing corporate accounts travel agencies and other key clients to drive room bookings event sales and revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales acumen foster client relationships and contribute to the success of our esteemed hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive sales growth.

Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and acquire new corporate accounts travel agencies tour operators and event planners to generate leads and secure bookings. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking cold calling and targeted outreach efforts.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs preferences and objectives and tailor sales proposals and solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of Intercity Hotel Salalah. Negotiate terms contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure favorable deals and maximize revenue potential.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends customer preferences and competitive positioning. Use insights to refine sales strategies identify opportunities and differentiate Intercity Hotel Salalah in the market.

Sales Collateral and Tools: Develop and maintain sales collateral promotional materials and sales tools to support sales efforts and enhance the hotels brand visibility and market presence. Ensure that all sales materials are accurate uptodate and aligned with the hotels brand standards.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics including room bookings revenue generation and client acquisition costs. Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales trends performance and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments including revenue management marketing operations and events to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Coordinate crossfunctional initiatives to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field.

Proven experience in hotel sales or corporate sales roles with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.

Resultsoriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in sales CRM systems Microsoft Office suite and sales presentation tools.

Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Salalah Oman is preferred.
