Regional Communication Lead

apply now at What are my responsibilities? Responsible for leading a small, diverse communication team in Egypt and Turkey and their budget. In your new position you will report to the Global Head of Siemens Mobility Communications. Act as the strategic business partner to the regional CEO, managing social and stakeholder presence, from regional speaker placements to media relations and social media channel management to expand our reputation footprint in the region. Position Siemens Mobility at major fairs and events like Middle East Rail, Eurasia Rail, and Trans Mea Extend our internal communications footprint and take ownership of the newsletter management, town halls, and other formats to foster regional collaboration. Lead the communication activities around order wins, project applications, and bidding procedures. this includes video scripting, productions, and preparing bid materials for communications purposes and aligning with project teams, especially for larger-scale projects. In this task, you are working closely together with colleagues from Sales and Governmental Affairs. Coach the communication team members and empower them to develop their own career paths. What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Mass Communication or any equivalent in addition to your commitment to continuous learning and your capacity to tackle complex communication challenges. Experience in B2B environment. Strong intercultural skills and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in the Arabic language is a must, as it’s essential for effective communication in the region. Fluent in both written and spoken English. German proficiency is a plus.
