Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and achieve monthly Sales Objectives (Output & Input).
  • Convert inbound leads generated through marketing efforts into actual sales. Also proactively seek new sales using prospecting followup referral and other available methods.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the companys software and services. Be able to explain how these solutions can benefit potential customers and address their specific pain points.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand each prospects unique requirements and provide solutions that align with their needs. Tailor product presentations and demonstrations accordingly.
  • Conduct virtual or inperson product demos and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the property management solution.
  • Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline to track and prioritize leads opportunities and followups. Use CRM tools to stay organized.
  • Work toward achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with potential clients. Address questions concerns and objections effectively and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing product and customer support teams to share customer insights market trends and feedback to improve the product and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product development team for continuous product enhancement.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of new customers to the onboarding and customer relations teams after a sale is completed.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights to the management team.
  • Comply with company policies pricing structures and sales processes.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • 5 years of experience in outbound/inbound sales account management or equivalent roles.
    Previous experience in sales especially in a B2B or B2C sales role is highly desirable. This could include inside sales outbound sales or other customerfacing positions.
  • A basic understanding of the real estate industry and property management can be beneficial. Familiarity with property management software and solutions is a plus.
  • Understanding of customer needs and a customercentric mindset.
  • Expert with using CRM software sales tracking tools and other sales technology experience with Hubspot Zendesk and Ziwo is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Skilled at identifying customer pain points and proposing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Adaptable and open to learning about new products and industry trends.
  • Selfdisciplined and motivated to meet sales targets and quotas especially when working independently.
  • Effective time management skills for managing leads followups and sales activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
