1Product Vision & Strategy:
Own the product roadmap defining the short and longterm vision for the ecommerce platform.
Conduct market research and user analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for improvement.
Prioritize features and functionalities based on business goals and user feedback.
2Technical Understanding:
Work closely with the development team to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
3Project Management:
Break down project requirements into user stories and epics.
Collaborate with the project owner to understand their requests and translate them into actionable product backlog items.
Assign tasks to the development team based on their expertise and capacity.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring smooth development workflow.
4Communication & Collaboration:
Effectively communicate product vision and priorities to stakeholders across departments (engineering marketing customer service).
Facilitate communication between the development team and the project owner.
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform future product iterations.
Bachelor degree in computer science or related degree
Minimum 35 years of experience in product ownership or a related field.
Possess a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and relevant technologies (e.g. search functionality payment gateways car listing management).
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
Experience in ecommerce or the automotive industry a plus.
Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points:
Experience working with car listings and specifications.
Understanding of SEO best practices for ecommerce platforms.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
