Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive technical project plans meticulously define scope identify and mitigate risks prioritize tasks and initiatives based on business value and ensure alignment with the companys evolving digital transformation roadmap. Actively participate in daily weekly and monthly project reviews providing progress updates identifying bottlenecks and facilitating solutions.
• Collaborative Team Leadership: Guide and motivate crossfunctional teams including developers designers business analysts and QA specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration clear communication and continuous improvement.
• Effective Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders proactively managing expectations and skillfully translating complex technical concepts into clear actionable insights for nontechnical audiences.
• Resource Optimization: Manage project budgets optimize resource allocation and proactively identify costsaving opportunities while ensuring projects remain on track and within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight: Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams to establish and enforce rigorous quality standards. Troubleshoot technical issues conduct code reviews and champion continuous improvement processes.
• MetricsDriven Reporting: Create comprehensive technical documentation track key project KPIs analyze data to identify trends and insights and present clear concise reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation projects within the two wheeler manufacturing industry (or a related sector).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.) web technologies cloudbased architectures and emerging digital trends.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana MS Project etc.).
• Certifications: Project management certifications (SAFe Agilist PMP CSM PRINCE2 etc.) are highly valued.
• Language Fluency: Must be fluent in English Spanish and Portuguese for effective communication within the LATAM region.
