Head Trainer

Job Summary:

The Head Trainer who proficiently motivates and lead team of fitness professionals and provide

exceptional instruction and guidance to the clubs members. The role requires a mental of passionate in

health and wellness dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals and possess strong

leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of fitness trainers and instructors.

Develop and implement training programs for both staff and members.

Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for members.

Provide ongoing support motivation and guidance to members to help them achieve their fitness

goals.

Ensure that all training sessions are conducted safely and effectively.

Assist in the recruitment training and development of new fitness staff.

Collaborate with management to organize fitness events workshops and challenges.

Keep uptodate with the latest fitness trends research and industry developments.

Maintain a clean organized and welcoming fitness environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Certified personal trainer with a recognized fitness certification (e.g. NASM ACE ACSM).

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a fitness center or similar environment.

Strong understanding of exercise science nutrition and human anatomy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals.

CPR/AED certification
