Tasks

Youll be responsable for:

You Will you be a SAP Super user for Iberia

Futhermore act as the main link with the Regional HR Super Users to provide requested information and to followup on project progress during the development & roll out phases

Also you will provide ongoing support and training related to HR functionality to Country HR Users and to Linde Service Portal Users in the country postimplementation

You will work with Information Services and HR project team members in region to ensure that all required HR information is provided at the appropriate times

Give support data collection data audit data cleansing reporting and analytics and provide necessary data requested by other systems

Ensure country Business Blueprint is completed on time and accurately reflects both global requirements and local business and regulatory needs

Also support global and regional Compensation and Benefits Year End Processes (GVC; GSP; LTI; LA) for countries Spain Portugal France Belgium Netherlands and Switzerland.

And be the backup for Super User France Benelux

Requirements

We are looking for you if:

You have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Accounting Law or related and at least 3 years experience as HR SAP Master Data and Maintenance (mandatory)

Furthermore experience in LMS Elevate or similar HR functionality is a plus

Also experience in an HR Shared Service Centre is a plus

Mandatory English language (at least C1) and other language is a plus

Excellent communication collaboration between the different departments and strong analytical skills
