About you: • Any Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in personal assistant (P.A.) or secretariat position • A brilliant multi-tasker. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • Flexible and effective in handling different situations. • Attentive to details. • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiar with latest technology. • Excellent English language oral, written and presentation skill required. • Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken is an advantage. • Excellent organizational ability in setting priorities, handle multiple responsibilities work, interruptions and meet deadlines
