• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies and technologies to create effective learning experiences.
• Evaluate existing learning materials and programs identifying areas for improvement and updating content as necessary.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees ensuring highquality learning experiences.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

1. 2 years of experience in instructional design and delivering training programs.
2. Prior experience in standalone designing and delivering of programs
3. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
4. Proficiency in using elearning authoring tools and learning management systems.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
