Analyst -Cloud Services

Job Purpose

Responsible for development support and administration of application layer of cloud

services. Will work with Cloud Manager to monitor and control application layer and perform

required activities as per support call or project activities. Cloud services include support for

Zoho Shopify Wix services and integration platforms like Zappier and Skyvia.

Candidate will play the role of coordinating with business and partners to achieve the set

objectives. A good understanding of ecommerce cloud functions and working knowledge of

cloud technology is required.

This position will be on Support and Project work. Business support is an ongoing

objective. Projects are taken up as per Technology and Business needs and you will be

involved for work in your stream.

Work with cloud partners to keep the services at optimal levels.

Interact with business departments to gather user requirements and understand business

processes involved.

Review website related changes requested by business marketing and ecommerce team

and analyze the impact. Work with partners to implement the changes with fallback

plan.

Review/Analyze requirements documentation with Team Lead/Functional Consultants to

finalize requirements determine business case and finalize scope of work.

Perform indepth analysis to determine the impact on existing business processes and

software applications.

Work with partners to design & develop custom modules to meet the business

requirements specifications.

Attend to business queries for cloud services and provide required data/reports.

Design and develop custom workflow and forms on SaaS and PaaS clouds in use as per

the program specifications and ensure compliance with organization s policies & standard

practices.

Manage access and control of users to address the issues then & there and update the

changes.

Work on integration FTP and remote systems and services and ensure timely

deliverables.

Work on data synchronization activities between heterogenous setups.

Perform Unit/Integrated testing to ensure that software programs/modules meet the

desired objectives and quality. Test the changes done by partner for confirming

production promotes.

Prepare detailed documentation as per set development and implementation standards

of the company. Create and maintain SOP for business functional call center support

team and related administrators.

Develop appropriate training programs and user guides to assist business departments in

adopting new or enhanced software programs/modules.

Maintain/update Project management plans for regular progress reviews with team lead

and application manager.

Ensure service requests are resolved on time and users are appropriately kept informed

about the progress.

Ensure skill sets are updated based on technological demands.

Resolve cloud related support calls.

Troubleshoot issues and bugs arising in cloud integration and synced internal ERP

services and apply needful fix.

Work on enhancement requests as directed by cloud manager.

Perform indepth analysis to determine the impact of changes to existing functions and

configure new functions.

Implement UI and UX features as per industry standards and business needs.

Provide support for SKU updates and catalog maintenance.

Administer CRM service and backup data periodically.

Work with system and database administrators to ensure compliance with internal

standards for security privacy and access controls.

Administer Shopify ecommerce portals and proactively resolve issues.

Ready to learn and pickup new cloud technology that is identified and deployed for

business.

Requirements

Bachelor s or higher degree in any stream. Preference given to Technology related

stream.

Minimum 3 years of experience in PaaS/Lowcode development cloud managing IT

applications cloud services and development life cycles.

Proficiency in Shopify cloud.

Proficiency in Wix cloud.

Proficiency Zoho cloud specifically CRM Invoicing and Zohodesk services.

Proficiency in Web technologies HTML5 Stylesheets JavaScript Python

Good knowledge of Web technologies UI and UX.

Working knowledge of cloud integration engines (Zappier Skyvia).

Knowledge of Mobile development and related library support preferred.

Experience in developing custom solutions & interfaces to other connecting services

preferred.

Good Analytical & Problemsolving skills.

Good team player & Ability to work independently to meet project timelines.

IT Industry Certification preferred.

Perform any other related administrative duties as assigned by the management from

time to time.

Analytical mind to understand the trends and improvise on situation.

Should be extremely organized and structured in office work.

Excellent communication skills. English is the official language.

Candidate must have work experience in Office 365 collaboration and communication

cloud.
