Responsibilities:

• Become a ShortTerm Rental Expert: Dive deep into the shortterm rental market understanding local trends competitor offerings and legal regulations.
• Be a Homeowner Advocate: Build trust by becoming a trusted advisor understanding homeowner goals and addressing concerns about shortterm rentals.
• DataDriven Approach: Leverage market data and Renjoys proven strategies to demonstrate financial benefits to homeowners.
• Master of Communication: Craft compelling presentations and proposals clearly articulating Renjoys value proposition.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or account management preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of shortterm rental market trends and regulations (preferred but not required).
