German Speaking Content Reviewer

Position Overview:We are seeking a meticulous and detailoriented individual to join our Content Review team as a GermanSpeaking Content Reviewer. In this role you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding online communities by evaluating and moderating usergenerated content to ensure it complies with our platforms guidelines and standards. Youll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment tackling challenging content issues while contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess usergenerated content in German including text images and videos to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content such as hate speech graphic imagery and other violations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to users regarding content moderation decisions maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Trust & Safety Legal and Product to improve moderation processes and tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging issues related to content moderation continuously updating knowledge and skills to adapt to evolving challenges.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in accordance with established guidelines with a commitment to fairness and objectivity.
• Prior experience in content moderation customer support or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
