Job Description:

Manage the implementation and configuration of the Calero TEM system.

Monitor and analyse telecommunications expenses identifying costsaving opportunities.

Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of telecom assets invoices and contracts.

Collaborate with various departments to optimize telecom services and streamline processes.

Provide training and support to endusers on system functionalities and best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance telecom expense management strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.

Proficiency in utilizing Calero TEM software and other relevant telecom expense management tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
