Production Manager - Home Appliances

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules for settop boxes and home electronics.
• Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Evaluate and optimize production processes using Lean manufacturing principles.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff providing guidance and training.
• Manage production resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Other Criteria:

• Experience in production management preferably in electronics or home appliances
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent leadership analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for supplier visits and meetings
