The Investment Banking Associate plays a pivotal role in our investment banking team providing critical support in financial modeling transaction processing and client management. The role demands a high level of analytical expertise a thorough understanding of market dynamics and exceptional interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.

• Assist in the development and execution of financial solutions in mergers acquisitions and other strategic advisory services.
• Conduct detailed industry research and financial analysis to support deal origination and execution.
• Prepare and present pitch books and financial models to potential and existing clients.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders including clients lawyers and accountants.
• Monitor financial news and developments to assess impact on ongoing projects and client portfolios.
• Engage in client meetings to discuss financial strategies pitch services or provide project updates.
• Support senior bankers in the seamless execution of deals including document preparation and transaction closing.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance Economics or a related field preferred.
• 24 years of experience in investment banking financial advisory or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements valuation techniques and financial models.
• Excellent analytical quantitative and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling software and MS Office especially Excel.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
