الوصف الوظيفي
- Set the Production processes for vessel fabrication.
- Liaison with Engineering for Engineering drawing for lay out preparation for plasma cutting machine considering optimum utilisation of steel plates.
- Standard Manhour Estimation from engineering Fabrication drawings.
- Routing in ERP system for vessel fabrication & assembly work. Working Knowledge of ERP system is must.
- Provide SMH for all new Enquiries from Proposal Engineering.
- Work closely in cross functional team with Shops Engineering Planning MED & QC. Identify cost saving projects & initiate it.
- Conducting & updating time studies for Manufacturing processes analysis of work samples and developing methods of measuring work performance.
- Develop innovative solutions By using industrial engineering fundamental.
- Process Mapping & identifying non value adding activities from detailed time study determine New Standard man Hours cycle time reduction Value Stream Mapping etc.
- Calculate Monitor & analyse Monthly Production load Generate MIS for the Division.
- Fixture designing as per the requirement.
- Identify & reduce the NVAs.
