Responsibilities:


  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding newhire orientations and exit interviews including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance

  • Plan and drive employee engagement activities and employee relations programs.

  • Handling employee onboarding and exit activities

  • Documents verification as part of recruitment process

  • Coordinating with various vendors related to administration recruitmentetc

  • Maintaining employee files policies and procedures and various other documentation

  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace

  • Implementing and driving policies and procedures as compliance

  • Driving new programs to help improve the employee experience

  • Manage the office administration related activities




Requirements

Must have:


  • 3 years proven experience as an HR Generalist

  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

  • Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Aptitude for problemsolving

  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

  • Experience working with startups or organizations with less than 150 employees


Good to have:


  • Experience with campus recruitment

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Experience with campus recruitment

  • Offer negotiation as part of recruitment process
