Job Overview: As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the frontline communicator with our customers ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an experienced communicator capable of handling multiple languages and providing highquality service. This role requires fluency in Hindi English and Tamil to cater for our diverse customer base.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email or live chat providing clear and concise information in Hindi English and Tamil.
  
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy on time.
  
• Track and document all interactions and steps taken towards resolution.
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide exceptional customer service and meet company goals.
  
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies.
  
• Identify and suggest improvements on processes and techniques to enhance the customer service and efficiency of the team.
