Accountant

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Financial Accountant to oversee our companys financial operations and contribute to its financial growth and stability. As a Financial Accountant you will play a key role in managing financial reporting budgeting forecasting and analysis. Your expertise will be crucial in providing strategic insights to drive informed business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
  
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  
• Present financial data to senior management providing insights into company performance and financial health.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and longterm financial forecasts.
  
• Monitor budget performance track variances and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  
• Provide support in evaluating capital expenditures and investment opportunities.
  
• Manage cash flow by monitoring cash balances analyzing cash forecasts and optimizing cash inflows and outflows.
  
• Ensure efficient management of working capital including accounts receivable accounts payable and inventory.
  
• Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the companys goals and growth plans.
  
• Provide strategic insights to senior management on financial implications of business decisions and potential opportunities.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations accounting standards and tax laws.
  
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns audits and other financial reporting requirements.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals providing guidance coaching and performance feedback.
  
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment that supports professional growth.
