Department/Unit:The Administration Department and HR Unit comprise a team of seven including the General Manager (GM).
Led by the HR Manager the team consists of three Recruitment Specialists one Labor Specialist and one individual handling both labor and general affairs. They play a crucial role in addressing challenges related to supplying qualified personnel aligned with strategic management and establishing efficient labor systems in preparation for IPO.
Responsibilities:Working in collaboration with the head office HR team responsible for all personnel and labor matters at the factory.
