Line Manager - Clinical Site Relationship Management

The Role:

As a Line Manager for Europe and the Middle East you will be responsible for planning and executing clinical site oversight in conjunction with Clinical Development Clinical Operations Medical Affairs across all sponsors clinical trial executions in the assigned geography in EU/ME. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning team management budget oversight and ensuring regulatory compliance to drive the success of our clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute clinical site strategies in EU/ME to meet program goals including resourcing budgeting project plans and oversight of sites in EU/ME to achieve clinical program goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of Site Relationship Managers (SRMs) who will assist clinical sites.
• Manage the SRM team to support clinical sites in study setup and execution from the Sponsors perspective as well as monitoring oversight of the CROs CRAs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize trial operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with site investigators.
• Recruit hire onboard manage and mentor direct reports as required and support their professional development ensuring strong leadership and delivery.
• Establish and nurture relationships with site investigators across the EU/ME regions.
• Partner with MSL Leaders to develop a fieldbased regional plan to deliver on portfolio/clinical trial strategy at the regional/site level.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred).
• Extensive experience in pharmaceuticals and clinical leadership.
• Global experience across clinical research phases.
• Proficiency in ICH and GCP regulations.
• Experience in rare disease therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
• Travel required (approximately 25%).
