Join an ambitious startup in the organic food sector thats dedicated to sustainable and responsible practices. Were in search of a Sales Coordinator who is passionate about making a difference and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow in a vibrant industry and work towards promoting a sustainable lifestyle.


What Youll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Nordic region understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions and support.
  • Plan and execute sales visits presenting our product line effectively.
  • Generate sales through proactive outreach including cold calling and networking.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Expertly identify and suggest products that align with client requirements enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to streamline sales efforts.
  • Regular travel to Nordic countries twice a month for key client meetings is required.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Demonstrated experience in sales; knowledge of the organic food industry is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong skills in sales communication and negotiation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of creating and delivering presentations suited to the audiences needs.
  • Effective relationship management and openness to constructive feedback.
  • A diploma in a relevant field is preferred but substantial experience will also be considered.
