Powering the growth of the Experiences industry.
Rezdy is the world s leading independent SaaS booking and distribution platform for tours and activities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executives calendar (including scheduling meetings)
- Make travel arrangements
- Support with administrative tasks
- Manage and maintain calendars
- Create presentations and documents
- Plan organize and execute office activities and meetings
- Support Office management and orders
- Organize data
- Use Google Suite
Requirements
- Work for 10 hours a week
- Work the following time zones.
- Victoria Canada GMT 7
- Munich Germany GMT1
- Sydney Australia AEDT
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
