Overview:
The Dialog Flow CX Engineer plays a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow. This role is integral to the organizations customer service and user experience strategies ensuring seamless and efficient interactions with users through chatbots and virtual assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and develop effective chatbot workflows.
- Integrate chatbots with various backend systems APIs and databases.
- Optimize chatbot performance and response accuracy through continuous testing and refinement.
- Develop custom fulfilment actions and webhook integrations for enhanced user interactions.
- Implement natural language understanding and processing techniques to improve chatbot comprehension.
- Ensure seamless interaction across multiple channels including web mobile and voice platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for chatbotrelated issues.
- Maintain and update conversational designs based on user feedback and usage analytics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in conversational design and AI.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP):
- Work on improving the understanding and response generation capabilities of Dialog Flow.
- Utilize NLP techniques to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of conversational interactions.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of Dialog Flow agents.
- Continuously optimize and refine
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers UX/UI designers and product managers.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices in conversational design and development.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Dialog Flow projects including design specifications integrations and troubleshooting guides.
Required Qualifications:
- BE/BTech/MCA in computer science from a reputed college.
- Proven production level of at least 3 years of experience in chatbot development.
- Proven production level of at least 2 years of experience in Dialog Flow CX.
- Project experience of at least 1 year in Python/Java.
- Must have delivered E2E 23 projects using Dialog Flow CX.
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
