We are looking for a Payroll Executive to expand our clients existing team within the Human Resources and Payroll Department. The chosen candidate will report daytoday activities to the Senior Payroll Executive overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees and payroll related tasks.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is Maltas leader in the Hospitality & Leisure sector.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
- Salary calculations.
- Resolution of payrollrelated issues.
- Monitoring and compiling monthly payroll reports.
- Providing information and support to employees regarding payslip queries.
- Preparing FS5.
- Submitting FS7 online.
- Performing any other duties deemed necessary by the Department.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in a payroll department.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential given the extensive use of Excel.
- Knowledge of Indigo payroll software will be given preference.
- Good command of Maltese and English language.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure meet deadlines with ease.
- Analytic skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION
O level standard of education.
WORKING TIME
Monday to Friday from 08:00 till 16:30 with 30 minutes break.
