Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment industry.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
    • Prospect qualify and onboard new clients through targeted sales efforts and networking activities.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.
  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries concerns and service requirements.
    • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services discuss staffing solutions and identify opportunities for collaboration.
    • Actively engage with existing clients to foster strong partnerships assess satisfaction levels and explore avenues for business expansion.
  2. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
    • Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer feedback surveys to inform strategic decisionmaking and product/service enhancements.
  3. Proposal Development and Negotiation:

    • Prepare customized proposals presentations and contracts tailored to client needs and preferences.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions pricing structures and service agreements to secure profitable business deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal teams including recruitment consultants HR professionals and operations staff to deliver seamless and efficient staffing solutions.
    • Coordinate with marketing and branding teams to develop promotional materials campaigns and events to support business development efforts.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or account management within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of Qatars labor market business landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zoho CRM).
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.


Strong understanding of international recruitment processes, including visa requirements and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/systems. Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, depending on the target recruitment markets.
