We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking to onboard a Norwegian Polish or Hebrew speaking Content Moderator and investigator to join their teams in Lisbon and to support a major technology company that provides mobility services vehicle and scooter rentals car sharing and food delivery services.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Fulltime
Schedule: changes weekly 8 hours shifts with breaks 5 times per week Monday to Sunday 24/7
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review graphic content that has been received from users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines
- Review classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content
- Comply with instructions procedures related and complementary to the role
- Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling of customer information
- Perform outbound calls during the investigation to collect proofs of complains from drivers and customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- C1C2 level of Norwegian Polish or Hebrew speaking language and B2 English both oral and written
