Junior SRE Engineer

Job description

• As a Junior SRE Engineer you will be part of a team to build AWS cloud architecture for our PHP/Node/Javascrip/Golang/Python applications.
• You will define and be trained how to manage cloud infrastructure as code (IAC) build and improve CI/CD pipeline ensure scalability and availability of the system build monitoring stack automate build configuration and deployment orchestration scripts ...
• NodeFlairs client is utilizing a broad toolset for DevOps/Infra configure settings and system optimization for running applications and services and leveraging multiple services on AWS Cloud.
• Working to improve speed efficiency and scalability of all systems.
• Develop integrate monitor troubleshoot and manage all environments of the infrastructure.
• Responsible for zerodowntime of the system for millions of users.
• To work with the engineering team and take architectural decisions.

Your skills and experience

• Familiar with Linux/ Unix Administration having basic networking knowledge.
• Having knowledge of source code and issues management systems: Git
• Having knowledge and understanding about SDLC.
• Having knowledge and experience with some of the following technologies:
  • Scripting code: Python/BashShell/Javasript
  • AWS Cloud services: R53 CloudFront ALB EC2 ECS S3 RDS IAM CloudWatch...
  • Experience with IaC: Terraform CloudFormation
• Container deployments and management: Docker Dockercompose ECS EKS
  • CI/CD: AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild/CodeDeploy Githubaction Jenkins
  • Automatization/configuration management tool: Ansible Capistrano
  • NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL Databases (MySQL PostgreSQL)

Preferred Skills:

• It will be nice to able good communication by English both spoken and written.
• Have a sense of responsibility for work understand and ensure SLAs.
• Ability to quickly pickup new technology stacks.
