UIUX Designer - TriTech Solutions

TriTech is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while also ensuring an exceptional user experience across all digital platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of usercentered design an eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design solutions.

This is a fulltime/hybrid role for a UI/UX Designer at TriTech Solutions in Peshawar Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements scope and timelines.
• Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing userfriendly and align with brand guidelines.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Advocate for the user by championing usercentered design principles throughout the design process.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and datadriven insights to continually improve the user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles usability principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research usability testing and gathering user feedback.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Proven track record and substantial 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficient in crafting wireframes mockups and prototypes to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Expertise in utilizing a range of design and prototyping tools including but not limited to Figma Adobe XD Illustrator Sketch and Photoshop.
• Comprehensive understanding of web and app development processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork and project execution.
