Job Overview

We are looking for Head of Quality Department for a leading gasket manufacturing company Based at VernaGoa. You will be responsible for entire quality functions and operations from enquiries to dispatch and after sales service.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include maintaining a healthy working environment and maintaining the quality of the product to achieve customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire QA functions from Enquiries to Dispatch and After Sales Service.
• Function as Management Represent to establish and Maintain Quality Management System for all the certifications Viz: ISO OSHAS EMS API etc.
• As MR of the Company will have to establish maintain and frequently Audit Quality Management System for the various certifications ISO OSHAS EMS API etc.
• Review and maintain all Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with policies procedures and Customer requirement.
• Prepare maintain enforce and update the Quality plan and ITP to drive performance using all standards.
• Should have Proactive approach and drive teams across the organization to maintain control on processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Preferred Engineering Degree or Diploma in mechanical
• Should have 812 years industrial experience preferably in Engineering/Manufacturing company.
• Should be a Team player with good communication skills and should able to Lead Guide and motivate QA/QC Team.
• Should be conversant most of the 7QC Tools like Pareto Chart FishBone Diagram Control Charts 8D Format CAPA Kaizen WhyWhy Analysis Root Cause Analysis etc.
• Should be Certified Auditor for QMS EMS API etc. and have independently faced the certification Audit.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
