• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
  
• Create business strategies to attract new customers expand store traffic and enhance profitability.

• Plan regular visit to different Academies and Salons for business tieups.
  
• Delegate work to store team to ensure store operations run smoothly and monitor them closely.
  
• Follow store SOP and ensure all other staff follow the same.
  
• Create weekly staff roster and plan resource for supporting training team and marketing team whenever needed.
  
• Hire train and oversee new staff.
  
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and follow industrial standards.
  
• Develop and arrange promotional material and instore displays.
  
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends customer requirements and profits.
  
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
  
• Maintain store monthly report and conduct periodic inventory audits.
  
• Take care store maintenance work whenever needed
  

Requirements

• 810 years of retail store experience with at least a minimum of 3 years as Assistant or Store Manager levels
  
• Degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred
  
• Experience handling a team of 812 sales staff
  
• Experience handling Luxury products
  
• Excellent organizational time management prioritization and multitasking skills
  
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a great shopping experience for customers
