As Head of Delivery you will
Collaborate with the CEO and CXOs in setting and driving organizational
vision operational strategy and hiring needs
Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth
helping to implement organizationwide goal setting performance
management and annual operating plan
Oversee company operations and employee productivity build a highly
inclusive culture where team members thrive and organizational
outcomes are met
Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies and
collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these
improvements.
Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics and establish
corrective measures where needed
Manage budgets capital investment and expenses to ensure that the
company achieves targets on growth profitability and customer metrics
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers clients
partners and stakeholders
Skills set and Attitude
Proven experience/ track record as Head of Operations/Delivery or in a
similar role in the development sector
Understanding of business functions such as HR Finance marketing etc.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Competence in decisionmaking and problemsolving
Readiness to travel extensively
