Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers and visitors warmly as they enter the store.
Assist customers with inquiries providing information about products services and promotions.
Direct customers to the relevant departments or sales associates for assistance.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Reception Management:
Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean organized and wellpresented at all times.
Answer incoming phone calls take messages and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.
Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments meetings and store events as requested.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry filing and document management.
Prepare and distribute memos notices and other communications to store staff.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing payments and maintaining petty cash.
Cash Handling:
Process cash transactions accurately including receiving payments from customers.
Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift ensuring accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and security of cash and financial transactions.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with store managers sales associates and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to relay important information or updates.
Provide support to other departments as needed including assisting with sales and inventory tasks during busy periods.
