Waiters

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customerfocused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a waiter/waitress you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests as they arrive escort them to their tables and provide them with menus. Assist in seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
   

2. Taking Orders: Present menus answer questions about menu items and take food and beverage orders from guests. Ensure accuracy in ordertaking and promptly relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
   

3. Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to guests tables in a timely manner ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met. Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions as necessary.
   

4. Upselling and Recommendations: Promote additional menu items specials or beverages to enhance guests dining experience and increase sales. Provide recommendations and suggestive selling based on guests preferences and inquiries.
   

5. Check Backs: Periodically check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or requests promptly. Refill beverages and offer additional assistance as needed.
   

6. Payment Processing: Present bills to guests process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions following established procedures. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.
   

7. Cleanliness and Setup: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area including clearing tables resetting tables for new guests and ensuring proper sanitation standards are upheld.
   

8. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members including kitchen staff host/hostesses and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service. Assist with other tasks as needed during busy periods.
