As a Key Relationship Manager in the Direct Channel your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers. You will serve as a direct point of contact between the organization and its clients ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:

Build strong client relationships.

Increase sales and revenue.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Offer financial guidance and planning.

Ensure compliance and maintain records.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (preferred).

Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Detailoriented and organized.
