QA Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and release imported products printed packaging material and returned goods ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the GSP warehouse including conducting internal audits and risk assessments.
• Handle complaints and recall activities including counterfeit product issues following company procedures and regulations.
• Stay updated on quality management trends and developments through continuous education and professional networking.
• Manage warehouse operations including validation and calibration activities continuous training programs and supervision of quality and EHS staff.
• Improve procedures for redressing products providing guidance to the redressing team and ensuring product labeling compliance.
• Assess and approve vendors and subcontractors within the scope of GSP.
• Establish and maintain the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) system for the warehouse and company offices.
• Conduct internal visits to evaluate EHS compliance and risk management cooperating with warehouse supervisors on inbound and outbound activities and handling deviations and technical issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience in internal control and risk management principles for foreigninvested enterprise (FIE) warehouses.
• Preferred experience in Pharmacovigilance/Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacist Center of Excellence (CoE) for importexport.
• Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint.
