Learning and Development coordinator

Responsibilities
Recognizes and advocates for developmental content that will accelerate business
objectives.

Leads consultation with leaders and subject matter experts in the
business/technical/functional areas to analyze design develop implement and evaluate
learning solutions such as instructorled learning online learning or related experiences.
Identifies appropriate delivery source (inhouse external) and manages relationships
appropriately; Support selection and/or oversight of vendors to develop training content
or conduct training.
Leads learning and development projects by ensuring project team delivers to project
scope goals deliverables communications milestones in collaboration with
stakeholders.
Design and manage production of inhouse elearnings using Articulate Storyline
Maintains and updates practice methodologies and general materials including exercises
scripts toolkits case studies lessons learned presentation slides project references (such
as proposals and designs) and training materials
Assesses and tracks training effectiveness through the use of a variety of business driven
metrics.
Delivers leadership development trainings to team members within the region and
partners with key stakeholders to coordinate offerings
Required Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design Business Human Resources
Education or related field.
58 years experience with demonstrated success in creating learning experiences to meet
stakeholder needs and project management preferred.
Academic understanding and application of adult/corporate learning and curriculum
development process.
Experience in impactful elearning development using Articulate Storyline preferred
