Technology Research and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Technology Research and Business Development Specialist. This role will be instrumental in understanding emerging technologies conducting thorough research developing comprehensive content and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Understanding and Research:

• Demonstrate the ability to comprehend various technologies quickly and effectively.
• Conduct indepth research to understand the functionality and applications of emerging technologies relevant to our business sector.

Handson Experience and Content Development:

• Trail run applications and gain handson experience to develop a deep understanding.
• Develop comprehensive content elucidating how the technology functions and addresses business sector challenges including:

a. Marketing content b. Pitch decks c. Strategies for customer adoption d. Demo system setups

Market Penetration and Lead Generation:

• Drive the technology to market by generating leads and providing compelling demonstrations to potential clients.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into satisfied clients.

Partnership Building:

• Establish and nurture partnerships with technology vendors for reselling or becoming solution partners.
• Collaborate closely with vendors to leverage their resources and enhance our offerings to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (Specialised in Technology)
• Proven experience in technology research business development or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content
• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint) Outlook and Teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
