Broking

• Assisting Brokers in servicing of assigned clients.
• Assisting Brokers in identifying needs information preparation negotiations and finalizing Contract documentations at renewals.
• Assisting Brokers in developing new business by penetration in assigned clients.
• Assisting Brokers in all matters related to broking support functions such as wording review and documentary compliance.
• Assisting Brokers in updating client/market information through market research.
• Monitoring outstanding claims and premium issues and to keep brokers updated.
• Assisting Brokers in compiling presentations for internal discussions and regional meetings.
• Assist brokers in maintaining good relationships with reinsurers and building new ones.
• Set up and use ABCP for quoting and placement of Treaty business
• Other assignments as directed.

Broking Support

Update slips i.e. dates UMR header footer version control endorsements issued since inception.

Update information pack i.e. following the expiring document format and update from client renewal data

Effect template changes with brokers agreement (except mandatory updates)

Create and update market sheets.

Create and update quote sheets from reinsurers submissions.

Create and update program schedule.

Update GridsGSM and check input as first checker

Verify reinsurer signed slip for unauthorized changes.

Prepare covernote document for signature.

Complete EDE filing of all documents and correspondence.

Draft endorsements for slip changes/ special acceptances
