Do you want to be part of a global fastgrowing SaaS company that drives the decarbonization of the construction industry which represents half of the global carbon emissions Are you a wellorganised and good communicator seeking a future with zero carbon We may have what you are seeking!

We are looking for a Sales Operations person to join our fastgrowing team working to decarbonize buildings and construction currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.

You will join a supportive effective and missionoriented team in a flexible friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

One Click LCAs innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

This fulltime permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in EuropeUK or Finland.

What youll do:

  • Be responsible for ensuring all policies are up to date documented and optimised for business needs.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the organizations unique needs including workflows custom fields and objects and UI adjustments.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends &sales performance and uncover insights that lead to process improvements.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members on using Salesforce effectively.
  • Act as the point of contact for CRMrelated issues & troubleshooting.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ensure the timely processing of purchase orders received from partners and resellers into the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Aid partners and resellers with the generation of reports and status updates on deals while also ensuring the Business Development team is kept up to date with reseller updates and communication.

What you need:

  • Working experience from SaaS or software or comparable business in a backoffice or sales role.
  • Experience working with SalesForce CRM.
  • Strong collaboration and prioritisation skills as well as a clear & direct communication style.
  • Excellent followthrough and customer service skills and attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Passion for creating simplifying and improving processes.
  • Relevant qualification & experience in business administration or other related fields.
  • Fluency in English as it is our companys language.
  • A personality that thrives in a busy fastmoving environment.
  • Salesforce Admin certification is preferable but not required.
